HOTWORX® is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. HOTWORX provides its members unlimited access to our infrared sauna workouts, conveniently accessible 24 hours a day, providing the flexibility of working out according to their busy schedules. Each session is led by a virtual instructor who guides members through 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and 35-minute Isometric workouts while motivating you to EARN THE BURN.

Our virtual instructed exercise program uses 3D training; 3D training combines Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise. This training method flushes toxins from your system and burns massive amounts of calories in less time than a traditional gym. This powerful combination of heat, infrared energy, and exercise - makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available! Our patented saunas combine infrared therapy with exercise, resulting in MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

As the infrared heat penetrates your body, causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. We offer 11 different styles of infrared workout sessions including:

• (3)15-minute sessions; HOT CYCLE, HOT ROW, HOT BLAST
• A functional training area called our “FX Zone™” for general strengthening and conditioning.
