\n\n Notice is also given pursuant to Article 10 of the bylaws regarding Amendments to the Bylaws that the Board of Directors unanimously approved the proposed changes to the Bylaws and recommend their acceptance by the general membership of the River North Business Association. The Amendments to the Bylaws are available by request to sharon@rivernorthassociation.com. These changes will need a yes vote by two-thirds of the members in good standing present at the Annual Meeting to be ratified.
