Have you ever wondered how transactional legal assistance can empower
nonprofits and small businesses, also strengthen and develop their
communities? The Law Project specifically provides assistance for nonprofit
organizations with 501(c)(3) tax exemption applications and small
businesses. Topics cover: corporate structure, intellectual property matters
(such as obtaining copyrights and/or trademarks), real estate transactions,
personnel/ employment issues, and contractual matters.
