2013 River North's Best Awards and Annual Meeting

You may win some great prizes by purchasing door prize tickets or receive a free door prize ticket when you bring a sellable book in good condition (new or used) to donate to Open Books. Open Books is a literacy nonprofit that collects and sells donated books in their River North store to support their transformational reading and writing programs for high-need students in Chicago. Bring any book - fiction, nonfiction, children's books, textbooks, and more!
Notice is also given pursuant to Article 6, section 4 of the bylaws regarding the election of the Board of Directors. The following members of the River North Business Association Board of Directors are nominated for a two-year term to begin on March 1, 2013 and end on February 28, 2015.

Notice is also given pursuant to Article 10 of the bylaws regarding Amendments to the Bylaws that the Board of Directors unanimously approved the proposed changes to the Bylaws and recommend their acceptance by the general membership of the River North Business Association. The Amendments to the Bylaws are available by request to sharon@rivernorthassociation.com. These changes will need a yes vote by two-thirds of the members in good standing present at the Annual Meeting to be ratified.
